Three things you can do here without coming to the assembly offices. Every report gets a reference number you can use to check progress at any time.

Blocked drains, broken streetlights, refuse, unauthorised building. Add a photo and location if you can.

Enter the reference you were given and see where the report has got to and what was done.

Look up your property rate or operating permit balance using your ratepayer code or phone number.

28 Jul 2026	Clean-up exercise every last Saturday Residents are asked to join the monthly clean-up exercise in their communities.
16 Jun 2026	Two weeks left to settle your property rate Notices served in February fall due on 30 June. A penalty applies to any amount still outstanding after that date.
03 Feb 2026	Property rate demand notices are being served Serving of demand notices for the year has begun. Settle your bill by 30 June to avoid the penalty. Always insist on an official receipt.
12 Jan 2026	2026 fee fixing resolution now in force The rates and fees approved by the Assembly for 2026 take effect from 1 January. Copies are available at the revenue office and at all zonal council offices.
